Maria Martinez is a native of Harlingen, TX, she moved to Houston in 2004 where she worked for UT Health Houston School of Dentistry as a Dental Assistant. Her passion for dentistry and serving the community lead her back to school to pursue a career as a Dental Hygienist.Maria earned an Associates in Science Degree from Houston Community College in 2008 and a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from The University of Texas Health Science Center – San Antonio in 2011. She has been working with Dr. Angie Dinh since 2012.
In her spare time, Maria enjoys traveling, gardening, and spending time outdoors with her dog named Lucky.

Hi my name is Vivian Nguyen. I was born and raised here in Houston, TX. I attended the University of Houston where I received my Bachelors in Business Administration degree. This is my first dental job and I fell in love with it. I love being able to help patients in any way I can. From scheduling, treatment plans and insurance plans, any questions you have for me I will assist to the best of my ability. When I am not here in the office, I am either at my second job bartending or spending time with family and friends. Some would say I am a workaholic but I actually like to work and stay busy. Besides working and family and friends, music is very important in my life. I really enjoy listening to music and cannot go a day without it.

Hello, my name is Angelica. Since I was young, I have enjoyed visiting the dentist office because I admired the impact that they can have on an individual’s confidence including mine. I admired it so much that I decided to pursue a career in the dental care field which has brought me to Angie Dinh’s practice. I have enjoyed learning so much here in such an uplifting environment.
I love creating art on my iPad, taking care of and training my dogs, and spending time with my loved ones. Every day I aspire to be the best version of myself I can possibly be. I’m known for being a caring person I like for that to reflect in my work as a dental assistant. I enjoy knowing that I have the ability to make someone’s day and even boost their confidence. My name is Annya and I’ve been working in the dental field for 3 years! I’ve called Houston home for 4 years where originally I am from Arkansas. I got into dentistry after realizing I wanted to venture into healthcare and have close patient contact, while providing services that uplift and brighten my patient’s view on themselves. My favorite cases are smile makeovers, implant restorations, and simple recall appointments. I love making personal relationships with all of my patients and ensuring they’re comfortable and happy from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave. Outside of the office, you can find me riding my bike downtown and along the bayou, visiting breweries, or in Montrose exploring new eateries!
